What is the breakdown in pricing of the various options?

Thanks.
1) Street muffler & pipes
2) Sport mufllers (left & right) & pipes (louder between than street muffler)
3) Connecting pipes for oem center (if you don't use #4 or #5)
4) X-pipe + center pipe (no resonators)
5) X-pipe + center pipe (2 resonators)
6) Front pipes (left & right) w/2 cats

Pricing for #'s 1-4 are listed in the 2nd link I posted. Still haven't gotten pricing for the front pipes (#6). If you truly want a header-back system then first pick either #1 or 2 (sport mufflers are louder). Then decide if you want to use oem mid-pipes. If yes then get #3 & skip #4-5. If no then skip #3 & either pick #4 or 5. Finally, get #6. Hope that helps.

So I changed my mind about not changing exhaust. After as much research as possible on here and youtube I decided to order Supersprint for my car. Hope it's the right choice, it sounds sick on the video posted on this thread. Just wish it wasn't going to take a month to get here.

Which version did you order? Also, did you did get the front pipes or just cat-back?

Nice! Just out of curiosity...why didn't you get the x-pipe? Too loud? Cost? Post some pics & vids if you can once you get them.

In my experience X-pipes are nothing more than a gimmick created by exhaust companies to sell another product. So I didn't see the point in spending the extra money.

Can anyone comment on how loud/aggressive the sound of the race vs the sport? Its too hard to tell from youtube just how loud it is. I have decided to go with SS but am unsure as to which system to go with. I do not want my car to be so loud you can hear me coming a mile away like some of those honda exhaust but at the same time I dont want an exhaust as mild as the stock one. If I had to error to one side it would be the quieter.

I wish I had an answer for you but it's gonna be a few weeks till I get mine... I imagine it's not going to be too loud because I'm only changing the mufflers not deleting the cats or anything else

For those that are concerned about how an exhaust is going to sound - why not say meet up with someone who has that exhaust?

It's not like there are not going to be loads of M3's around.

I find that most of the time forums members are more than pleased to give a demonstration of their car and mods.

It's not easy to find another e92 m3 around, and if you do it's highly unlikely they will have the mod you are looking for

The x pipe allows you to delete the resonator.
