How many push-ups can you do?

I suck at push ups. Push ups and pull ups actually. God forbid I try to do pull ups. Everything else I'm fine with. Oh and I hate stairs.

I always thought they should give you some credit for going over the max; I always could have used some points on the run.

Only if you max out pushups, situps, and the run. I've never been the best runner. Hate running actually.

I lol'd a few months ago when I did 10 after jogging for a while/push-ups/crunches. Only because my bro is in ROTC and told me about him being the only one in ROTC able to do more than 6 a few days before. I was thinking to myself.. wtf.. he has to be wrong. I think it was my first time in a few years to do any pull-ups so I felt proud of myself.

well you get more benefit if you do it slow... like finsh one every 3-4 seconds.

doing burn outs is different tho
