margin of error. I don't believe the bmw software at the dealer can roll back mileage.

What would make you believe that? They can most definitely do that.

I haven't reported this because I was trying to understand what or why this has happened. I will go back because while pulling in at any garage they document mileage as it's dropped off. I am livid at this and expect a logical explanation to this. My car is rarely driven on the street and I was hesitant to bringing my car in but these recalls are mandatory ! and I know some Tom Foolery went on with my car.
If any of you have friends or family that work for BMW ...please ask what gives here? Thank you to all

As I dropped the car off (top pic) lower pic mileage less with a bit more gas. Guys...how do I go about this because this has been on my mind the last day and a half. I was going to let this go thinking it was a computer issue. Clearly this isn't!

I was gonna say something about the gas too, but notice the trip odometer is at 104mi. Can’t drive 104mi and only put 1mi on the car odometer

Perhaps your M passed the space time continuum just enough to go back in time by about 10 minutes.

to be honest, I would go to BMW NA, and report that a BMW dealer rolled back your odometer after joy-riding your car. And then let the dealer explain it from a point of weakness, vs giving them a heads up. If there's a reasonable explanation, then they can deal with it... but I would put them on their heels.

Dealers can’t change mileage, maybe PUMA can but not the dealer.

It’s not possible.
