2008 E92 M3 6MT Silverstone II/Fox Red
Hi everyone, for sale is my 6-speed manual 2008 BMW M3 Coupe Silverstone II Metallic on Fox Red Novillo Leather with 139k miles. I am aiming to be as transparent and clear as possible with this ad. Link to more pictures, a video of the car driving, Carfax, a PPI at BMW, and a maintenance spreadsheet is available in links down below! VIN: WBSWD93578PY41433 $24,000 Rod bearings have been done (ACL RACE 8B1589HX-STD Bearings, BE ARP Spec Rod Bolts, OEM Oil Pan Gasket/ and engine mounts)) at Performance Eurowerks in Buffalo Grove, IL. The throttle actuators have been serviced by previous owner although I do not have paperwork for that. The car was under an extended warranty and serviced extensively at BMW dealerships through 100k miles – documented both on CarFax and spreadsheet with all recorded work is also available. The outside of the car is very clean, but does have some imperfections as photographed. The front clip is a bit peppered, (very common on these) I would say light/medium rock chip wear. Each side of the car, however, is perfect. Not dents, chips, etc. The rear is also very clean despite a few imperfections on the top of the rear bumper, as pictured. Inside, the car looks brand new. Aside from a cup opener not closing all the way, the interior feels practically new; the front seats are perfect, they have just been reconditioned by Elite Restorations (a notable leather shop here in Nashville). They did a fantastic job. Mechanically, the car has a couple of modifications: it is catless (I do not have the original cats) and has an Alpine MSS Stage 2 tune. The car pulls incredibly hard and actually has plenty of torque down in the rev range. It also has some K&N drop in filters, and an OEM Exhaust mod. You can hear in the video provided (in the link below) that the car certainly is loud on the outside, but inside, it does not drone and is totally acceptable for daily driving/highway driving. I drove it from Chicago to Nashville with zero complaints- I would drive this car anywhere. Some more modifications include Lux H8 189 lights, IND paint matched reflectors, 20% ceramic tinted windows, a JL Audio Amp with a technic HiFi harness, and black grills (also comes with OEM grills). The car will need rotors and has a brake light on for a sensor, which will come with the car (OEM). Fuel fuel breather valve (causes uneven idle a times, $50 part) Tires also need replacing soon. Otherwise the car needs nothing The car is well-optioned with Cold-weather Package, Technology Package, Premium Package, and EDC. Please let me know if you have any questions or interest on seeing the car, virtually or in person. Thanks!
