I never thought this day would come, but my spine insists that I stop driving manual. This means giving up my favorite car I've ever owned. I'll be getting back surgery in the next couple weeks, so this will either go to a highly motivated individual and/or I am parting it out to sell closer to stock configuration. After more than a half dozen M cars, I decided to make a manual E90 my first true build. After years of searching, I finally found a space grey low option car from a fellow community member. When I sent the message to the number listed on the ad, it pulled up an old conversation I had with the previous owner. Small world! Onto the details: 2009 E90 Space grey -96k mi -3 owners -Slicktop, no nav, cloth interior, manual. Stripper spec (EDC deleted by KW CS) -rod bearings done, throttle actuators done, did a full fluid and diff service within the last 10k mi. Car is solid as can be, and I'd feel comfortable taking it out on track immediately. The car weighed under 3400 pounds with full interior, so don't let anyone ever tell you that "stripper" m3s don't actually weigh less. I've since added some stock parts like brakes, driveshaft, and seats, so the weight is probably closer to 3500 now. Engine/drivetrain: - Alpine MSS Engine Software (Latest/custom file) - MRF X-Pipe *removing prior to sale - Akrapovic titanium slip-on muffler Suspension/Chassis: - KW 2-way clubsport - MRF solid subframe bushings - Fall Line control arm monoballs - Bummerworld motor mounts - Delrin diff bushings (forget brand) - MRF corner balance Wheels/Brakes: - 359M or 220M - Front rotors replaced less than 1k miles ago - MSI Stud conversion Other: - RTD shifter - Ultimate Clutch Pedal - BMW Performance Alcantara Steering Wheel - Euro Coding - Fall Line Motorsports Tow strap w/ iND Cover Yes, this car has been tracked. I've also road tripped in it, used it as a daily driver, taken it to and displayed it in car shows. It simply can do no wrong. I service the car just as religiously as I praise it, so there are plenty of documents to go along with the work stated above as well as routine maintenance. I've never painted the car or done any touch ups. The imperfections: - There is a small ding on the passenger rear door. Got tapped by a shopping cart in a mall. Can be taken care of with PDR, just never got around to it. - There is a crease/line in the rear bumper from a rear end accident. No other damage or repairs needed as it was very low speed. - One of the four wheels (they're square and have been rotated) and a corner of the drivers side bumper is slightly scuffed from a car tapping it while parked. - Small crack windshield, as well as a slightly larger crack (from track use) and minor chips on the front bumper/hood. Astoundingly fresh for a 96k mile track driven car. - Trim around rear window/trunk is falling on the corners. Has been since I purchased the car at ~50k miles and hasn't gotten any worse. I have photos upon request for all of these details as well as any more information needed. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Price: $41,000 as is. $37,500 w/o Akra and 359M (219m supplied with PSS.) Thank you for your interest! Last edited by E90who; 08-29-2021 at 06:03 PM.. |

Wow, I can't believe you're selling. Sorry to hear your back has gotten so bad. You're going to miss this car forever. I remember I was at the shop when you got the PPI and the car was so clean to start with!
I've enjoyed following your build. Someone is going to get a great car. I wish I could buy it. I've driven this car and it's fantastic. The fastest non-supercharged E9x I've ever driven and makes great noises. Slicktop+manual+speed cloth+single hump= perfection |

I plan to sell the GT-R when I get back to the states and pick up an E90.
