Mint interior, rust-free, original paint, clear title. I am the third owner. The car has always been in California. The paint is in amazing condition and the front has a clear bra installed by the original owner. Since my ownership I have only used Wolfgang, Sonax, and Geon car care products.

Complete service history since out of warranty will come with car. I also still have the window stickers. Since my ownership it has always been stored in an insulated garage and has never seen the rain.

All recalls completed - airbag and battery cable

I bought this car planning to build it into a streetable track car that can run with most anything at the track. It is every bit of that and more as it’s a full interior track car you can drive back and forth to the track in full comfort. But I have only been able to do one track day with it as work and family have taken priority. Rather than have this car sit I’d rather somebody enjoy it as it’s a truly amazing modern classic. It was built with nothing but the best parts in mind.

Suspension install/AiM install/Rod Bearings done by Edge Motorworks in Fremont, CA. Since then, German Performance Atascadero, CA installed the Fall Line DCT pans and has looked after it as needed in. If a PPI is requested, German Performance would be a great option as the owner is very familiar with these cars.

The car has done one track day at Buttonwillow and was an absolute blast. I ran a 2:03 my first day with it running the 13CW configuration and I was only going about 8/10ths just shaking things out. It is easily capable of a mid to high 1:50’s lap in that configuration.

The car was in a very minor rear end collision with the previous owner. Dated 10/10/17 and reported by the state on 1/18/18. The previous owner was bumped into by a drunk driver from behind at a stop light on 10/10/17.

The surface scrapes came out after a wash/buff. No insurance claim, no paint/repair. I have photos if requested of the incident. It is unfortunately the sole blemish on this car.

This car attracts attention wherever you go as you never see a Dakar Yellow E92 M3. I’ve been approached a least a half dozen times at gas stations asking if it was a special-order color, etc, etc. This car will forever be a hit at your local cars and coffee events. It is a classic BMW color that is timeless.

Car is located in San Luis Obispo, CA with title in hand. Asking $59,500 or best reasonable offer. I know my asking is high, but it is a true individual car and these cars are a modern classic and this one has been enhanced with some of the best parts available.
