Low vacuum readings

Hi,
I searched the forum but couldn't find any answer for this.
I recently installed a p3 gauge with an analog boost sensor tapped into the BPV vacuum line (I have an SC). I'm reading between 10 to 11 inHg of vacuum at idle.
As I understand i should have a way higher vacuum as I'm at sea level.

I do not have a problem with positive pressure, boost is reading nice and steady and figures are as expected. Also no problem with the vacuum while driving, when I let go off the throttle I read around -19 inHg. It's only really happening at idle. Rpm at idle can be a bit jerky on cold start (I have cold start delete as well) but it doesn't goes out of the 500 to 700 rpm range.
