Austin area shop for rod bearing install?

Hello,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a shop to do a rod bearing service? Info on labor cost would be great as well.

Thanks,

Vinson

Hit up Soul Speed. Colin is awesome. If you're willing to drive to San Antonio also look up MTechnik, they did my bearings 2 years back and did a great job.

good choice in my opinion. i don't think anybody in central texas has changed more rod bearings or built more S motors than Will. he bleeds the M colors.

I'd contact Brian and Dr. Beemer, there's two locations and a great company.

I know this is an old post, but do you mind sharing how much it cost you for the rod bearing job at M-Technik? Are they using factory bearings or BE/WPC treated ones? ARP bolts?
