My Brand New (to me) 2011 Comp Pack M3!
After owning an e39 m5, a 2021 STi, an e46 m3 (totaled in May this year due to insurance damaging it), this car takes the cake. A 2011 e92 m3 competition package in alpine white. I understand the hype behind these cars now. The s65 paired with the DCT is something truly special. The steering feel is incredible, and the unique driving experience is addicting. Hands down my favorite car I've owned!

Not to quibble, but isn't your 2005 Ferrari F430 F1 a slushbox?

Hey man! So, long story short, I was involved in a minor hit and run. Initially, the damage wasn't going to be a lot, but after a series of miscommunication from the insurance adjuster, the car was towed to the provider to be inspected at a shop in-network. A couple of weeks passed by without an update until finally my adjuster told me that they were going to start fixing the car. At this point, I was like, "wait, what? I never gave you guys the okay time fix it. I just want to know an estimate of the damages." I immediately told them I would like to pick up my car and have it in my possession until I can have it inspected at a shop of my choosing. I arrived at the dealer and my car was messed up. It had been raining inside my car for 2 weeks, the messed up my right rear suspension, front bumper was damaged, etc. When it was finally towed back the car BARELY moved 10 feet. It seemed that sometimes the pump for the SMG would engage, other times it seemed that it didn't. That was essentially my selling point. I told the insurance that if this pump was somehow damaged among other things, it would cost me $4000 for the pump alone. After a constant back and forth, the insurance totaled it since they couldn't get the car in a shop of my choice for 2 months.

For right now, I want to do a full fluid flush, rod bearings (the car has 178k miles, was taken care of though it seems), full suspension refresh (I am thinking SPL kit), full cooling overhaul, refinishing the competition wheels, some coilovers (Ohlins or KW), a GTS style rear wing, and an alcantara BMW steering wheel!

I’m on my 2nd E9x and the current one has 157k miles. There are very few cars that I would get rid of it for, even to this day with so many faster cars out there. It’s just that special (to me). Welcome!
