Wait a second. BMW is going to pay this guy 1 BILLION DOLLARS to appear in their marketing campaign? I don't see how they can afford such a huge expense for something that would seem to provide such little return. Considering I don't even know this Schumacher guy and thus don't really care all that much, the rest of the general public ain't gonna' give two shits either. $100 million I might be able to understand. But $1,000,000,000.00!?!

It seems as though BMW has more cash lying around than Google. And to be honest, I find that very hard to believe as Google is a much bigger company than BMW.

You are not bursting anyone's bubble. I am not a MS fan, not even really an F1 fan. I did not post any opinon on the topic nor whether or not I felt it would actually happen. I guess I could have use more discretion in evaluating the newsworthiness of the references but oh well, I didn't and just decided to share it.
