I am looking to find a pair of Cloth Stock E92 Front seat in very good condition in trade for this deal to work locally. For more cash and leather black seats I may consider the deal.

Recaro Sporters CS Leather/Alcantera Suede for E92 BMW
Recaro Sliders and Mounts Included.
Seatbelt Loops are painted Nardo Grey as shown in photo.

Both seats in very good condition, drivers seat has a small tear near the seat belt area. Small scuff in plastic on the back of seats from people getting in and out. Not brand new but in great condition.

New they cost $1,600 each plus costs of slider and mounts..

As far as I know these are very hard to find in stock anywhere right now.

Asking $2500 with e92 M3 Cloth Seats OR $2,800 with Leather Black e92 M3 Seats.
