Where to get wheels powder coated in Houston
I am thinking about getting my wheels powder coated or painted. Some say you should not powder coat aluminum rims and others say it is fine. Not quite sure about this.

Not sure where in Htown but I know of a reputable guy that works on wheels at a local Euro dealership up here. Which wheels are you wanting to powdercoat? Most people say as long as it's not baked higher than 200-degress than you should be fine as long as the place knows what they're doing & have experience especially with forged aluminum if you have that type of wheel. Checkout the wheel forum, there are numermous threads on this especially in the Volk (FTMFW!) thread. Post pics once you're done!

I was looking to do this with my rims. Is that a satin black? Does not look gloss. Should look good with my jerez black. I bought some IND parts that I need to get around to putting on.
