I went out last night and tried the adaptive highlights, they are very cool and worth getting if you drive on small country lanes.
Thanks for the pics, so you're the first one who got the Cup+ tires! But obviously not the best choice for this season...

Best regards, south

Ditto on the headlights. I've been enjoying some nice country driving over the holiday period. The xenons are awesome, but I really wish I'd gone for the adaptive option...

On the other hand the full-beam assist is useles... unless you enjoy being terrified out of your wits as you approach each bend. It's like having a drunken friend in the passenger seat, thinking it's funny to play with the controls... At least it leaves the handbrake alone...

Wow Michelin Sport Cup tires. Have you by chance driven it in the rain? I know its not for rainy weather but I wonder if its controllable at all.

I wouldn't!!! You will not get than warm enugh and there is no real good water drain in the profile.

Could be risky. But I also would like to try them.
We did on Ford Escort Rally car in the dimension 225/50/15 but the car was to light to get the tyres warm even not on the stage.

Martin

I tried the high beam assit and I thought is was a cool feature. The high beam came on when the road was dark with no traffic and as soon as there were street lights or another vehicle approached from either direction the high switched off until the road was dark/free from traffic. Is this how yours works?

Totally controlable so far. I have driven in the wet and the car, if driven with care, feels very safe.

The dealer told me they would be "like driving on ice" but so far I really like them. If the standard M3 tyres are better than the cups, then I'm in for an even better time.

I went out for a drive today after washing the car and I drove the car fast and even raced a friend in his car and apart from the limited revs, the car handled really well on the cup tyres.
