yes its closed and i got my production number but i can always negotiate price during as i only have a deposit on it.

hey hype would my monthly payment really be -$38 less a month at the .00127? this is newb question but the mf at .000127 is like invoice? not really sure how this number gets marked up and by how much.

the post before yours is spot on. i'm not a wiz at calculating mf, but i did negotiate a lower money factor from .0017 to .0013, and that was roughly the same savings in my monthly payment.

if you can change the money factor on your order, i'd do it. as i said before here, IMO, i still thing there are enough M3s out there that you can get a competitive deal.

This is how it is calculated based on the numbers you gave

((71090 + 45899) * .0016) + ((71090 - 45899) / 36) = $886.93

((71090 + 45899) * .00127) + ((71090 - 45899) / 36) = $848.32

So as I said, about $38.

if everything else is the same, going from 61% to 59% increases the price about $40 / month.

Gosh, just seems like so much for a car payment.

You kids do realize that some folks in Oregon, Washington, Maine, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Vermont pay $800-$1000 a month for a house payment?

do the $1,500 lease cash, $750 loyalty, and $500 turn key credit get deducted from purchase price of car or out of pocket?

i went to dealer today to sign final papers and i thought the rebates get deducted from out of pocket and they told me otherwise. so i walked out and said i would get back to them.

i thought:
total out of pocket due: $5092
-$1500
-$750
-$500
= $2,342

total out of pocket break down:
first month payment: $886
acq fee: $925
govt fee: $96
taxes: $2986
doc fee: $199

looking at bmwusa site:

loyalty cash: Lease/Finance loyalty cash must be applied to the lease/finance purchase and the BMW vehicle must be financed/leased through BMW Financial Services NA, LLC. The offer will be paid directly to the BMW center to offset the customer's closing costs. Lease/Finance Loyalty Cash cannot be applied toward tax, title or destination charges.

-so if you take $1,500 off my purchase price my monthly payment should go down correct? if so by how much?

turn key: BMW Financial Services will pay up to $500 of the first monthly payment.

-since i have my first month payment included in out of pocket costs they can just deduct from there right?

$750 loyalty credit:

-is this applied on car purchase or out of pocket costs?
