Euro front bumper

Front bumper is due for a respray because of rock chips. Rework and fixing up the rock chips and then respray is making me consider purchasing brand new euro bumper and getting it sprayed.

Who did you guys purchase your euro bumper from and how was the fitment? Was a lot of work required to fit?

Seems like Aeroplug or ECS is the way to go.

Supposedly if you can even get an OE BMW Euro Bumper, they all now come with PDC holes which requires filling of those holes or getting PDC. At that point, might as well get a US bumper and fill in the side reflector holes.

I didn’t know that! Thanks for letting me know! All the euro bumpers don’t show any pdc holes in the pics tho!

If I’m gonna fill up pdc holes in euro bumper. What is the difference in filling up reflector holes in US bumper?

I purchased my car new in 2013, and filled the reflectors/painted the bumper. It has held up well 11 years in. As long as you use a good body shop, it will turn out just fine and you will have saved a lot of money purchasing a euro bumper

I purchased my Euro bumper from IND maybe 6 years ago. Body shop that painted and installed it said it was an easy fit.

I recently took my front bumper to a local body shop. Mainly because my dog decided to make a chew toy out of it... but any ways, I had the damged sections repaired, reflectors deleted and reaprayed the whole bumper. IIRC it was like 700. So cheaper than buying a euro bumper then having that painted as well
