E92/93 Exhaust

need to get a replacement front section of the OEM X Pipe
as i am selling the car - currently i have a gutted OEM Pipe section
1. it is too loud
2. it fails the Pollution test as well

with the 2 Issues, make it very hard to get a Road worthy
