Ugly orange front light???

Does any one know or heard about how to delete that orange corner lights. I believe that the orange bulb that stays on is also the one that blinks when putting the turn signal on. I mean is there a way to make that orange bulb work only with the turn signal??
I just think that there shouldn't be any orange thing on the front of a nice car (including reflectors), besides the one that is used when turning. European cars don't have those I believe.
If anyone knows any thing about this, would be great,

i think that's US regulations
european cars don't have them
or any other place
because to the rest of the world Amber is only used as a turn signal
just like no where else is red used as a turn signal
