Check engine light for o2 sensor question

Hey guys, I recently bought a 2011 m3 sedan within 2 months. Took me a while to find a clean 4 door with low k and had to take a flight to get this one, exterior is Jerez black on fox red, car has 43,000 KM (27k miles) with the DCT tranny (was looking for over 3 months and no manuals with under 60,000km or paintwork were popping up so I went with DCT)

car has few bolt ons, turner tuning test pipes, turner tuning tune, macht schnell under drive pulleys and AFE intake, anyway all has been good until yesterday at just over 48,000 the check engine light popped up. I got home and scanned it and these following codes came up.

- P0135 - O2 heater circuit (bank 1, sensor 1)

- P3026 - HO2S 1 Bank, 1 Operating Temperature Malfunction , O2 Sensor temperature measurement operating temperature not reached (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

I asked the previous owner if he has had any check engine lights since installing the mods and he said, No not any since he installed mods 14,000 KM prior to selling me the car so roughly 30,000km (18k miles) but he never winter drove the vehicle, right now the temperature is -10 or colder in my area so I am wondering if this issue has something to do with the cold temperatures or if the o2s have failed. I have made a appointment at the dealer (I request my buddy does all the service work on my bmws if I can't do it myself) but there booked up until Dec 27th, I just hate driving with check engine lights. Stares right at me lol..

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks in advanced and happy holidays!!

First check for any leaks in the exhaust. The primary cat gaskets tend to crap out.
