E92: IPE Catback (Valved) + Catless X-pipe/front-pipe combo

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 2,000.00

Item Interest
SOLD FOR ASKING PRICE (you cheap fucks! )

Catback purchased new June 2017, has about 15k miles on it... it's an exhaust so it works great.

$2000 picked up for the catback & all parts it came with. Tips need a good polish, but they don't have any major scratches, zero dings.
Valved, with a remote. sounds absolutely ridonkulous (audio clips with the downpipe installed)

In cash only, in person sales only. Will not ship. Can meet you in the DC Metro area, including NoVA and MD.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Also for sale:
Brembo BBK 380mm F+R, needs respray, tons of life on rotors and pads - $4000
IPE Rear Section, Valved, about 15k miles on it - $2000
Buy one of the two things above and i'll throw some of the following in!
Otherwise, make me an offer.
- E92 rear seat protector / pet cover
- NCS Expert Coding cable
- Jack pad adapter (made by ECS or BMS or something)
- 10mm Spacers & extended bolts
- 12mm Spacers & extended bolts
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

RECORDED WITH AN IPHONE, MIC CUTS OUT OBVIOUSLY AND DOESN'T PICK UP GOOD BASS.

Here's their video of the exhaust:

F1 refers to the full IPE section from the downpipe/exhaust header to the tip of the axleback. Sport refers to the the IPE x-pipe + axleback.

I believe this is just the axleback but all the components are plug and play so you can find your ideal mix-n-match setup!

F1 simply refers to the X pipe. The F1 has a different X pipe than the evolution and that's where the different designation comes from.

Interesting! The forums seem to contradict every claim, but that seems to be supported.

I don't think that is correct. See here - https://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=561728

The regular version is also cheaper, which would support that they are in fact different.

there's a lot of back and forth on this. Call IPE and ask them yourself haha, since nobody seems to believe me when i tell them what I learned from my friend who works there and shipped me this exhaust.

The audio clips should tell you all you need to know. with the valves open this is a straight piped exhaust.

see my reply above. call and ask IPE to get the facts - there are way too many ppl with opinions on a forum like this. they don't produce the old F1 titanium edition anymore, and yes it was about 1100 USD more. Listen the clips or find a local friend to hear how it sounds, and then you'll know whether you want it or not. buying it just b/c someone claims it's an F1 (spoiler alert: they look entirely different and the F1 is not produced anymore) is not intelligent lol.

Thanks!
