Really? for the level of performance, they are a bargain. The Cayman S is really nice - you will like it. Obviously, it is nothing like a Gt3RS. Everyone should get a ride in one to really appreciate it. They are amazing machines.

what i mean is they all provide the same nimble sensation. it doesn't really to me if it is mid/rear/front as long as the driving sensation is there.

That's a weight issue, not an engine placement issue. Any car that is sub-2500 pounds is going to feel somewhat nimble.
