You know, BMW has done lots of Christmas specials. And I think they start sometime in early December. $1,500 off is not that unusual. As long as you haven't taken possession of it, you would probably be entitled to that.
Getting it in December might not be all that bad.

possibly , but I got it for a really good price that no other dealer could get anywhere near so I doubt they would want to take any more money off even if it was a BMW NA incentive

Looks like our cars may be built side by side. I also received production week 45. The wait is killing me. Hopefully, I'll have my vin number next week.

^^ +1

It feels like forever. You want to experience real torture? Just wait til it's been offloaded from the ship, cleared VPC and then just sits in the parking lot at the port for over a week waiting to be picked up. That's hell. Lol.

Congrats!

When you call the tracking number what does the automated response say?

Mine still says no confirmed production week. the dealer is the one who told me week 45.

No clue... I ordered mine though BMW Military Car Sales... and was sent an order confirmation with the Production # and Production week. What is the phone number to call.. I'm curious to see if there is a status. www.BMWUSA.com states that I cannot track the progress of my build yet. I'm not sure if I need a VIN in order to do that. I'm told I should receive a VIN a week before production.

I called that number and the machine just wants to transfer me to an agent. I don't think that since I ordered mine through Military Sales it would be tracked like all others.

BTW... I just received my VIN today. You should have yours too since your car is always getting built in Week 45.

It's so close..... I can't fricken wait. Now I need to apply for a license number plate, and import the car into the UK.

Start ordering your parts... Mine will arrive at the port today. Ordered it 9/11... Hopefully I'll have hands on it in less than 2 weeks!
