Quick Help on this possible suspension noise?

Before I take the car to the shop, hoping someone could possibly give me a few leads on what they think this sound may be from or have experience...

- only on the right wheel when turning the steering wheel
- even at stationary parked
- sound comes and goes...
- the weird thing is that this sound comes on after you drive a few minutes but after you park it overnight, next morning the sound is gone for first few minutes of driving...

Shocks? Swaybar? endlinks? Subframe?

Thanks in advanced!
