Cool MFactory SMFW's & XClutch Performance Clutches

At the forefront of innovation and new developments, MFactory are proud to announce our new partnership with Australian Clutch Services (ACS) and their new US market brand: XClutch USA

As one of their Worldwide Warehouse Distributors (and their Master BMW Distributor globally), along with our own well established reputation in the Performance Drivetrain market, we believe we are in the ideal position to help XClutch USA push their new products to market.

About XClutch USA
XClutch is the American performance division of Australian Clutch Services. With over 25 years of experience, our performance kits are designed and developed to provide the ultimate clutch solution for the street or the track.

XClutch (Also known in other markets as "Xtreme Clutch") kits and components are designed and tested in-house at Australian Clutch Services which is based in South Australia. The range includes a wide variety of performance options including heavy duty, single plate road clutches all the way through to carbon clutches for time attack and drag racing. The XClutch range draws on our experiences in the Australian and European markets, but is tailored to suit the American car park and are SFI Certified.

Each kit is carefully designed to ensure it provides the attributes required for the specific vehicle use.

XClutch USA Twin Disc Clutches (includes SMFW)

The range of XClutch kits are available in organic and ceramic, and offer exceptional torque capacity for high powered vehicles and consist of: Lightweight alloy pressure plate, sprung or rigid organic/ceramic friction discs, chromoly flywheel, release bearing, replacement bolts, pilot bearing and alignment tool

For all other countries, please PM me (both MSRP and shipping costs will differ)

MFactory SMFW's:
In addition to our clutches, would there be anyone interested in us offering our SMFW's for the E9X M3? Our flywheel is currently the best selling SMFW for the E8X/E9X 135i/335i platform (MT and DCT), and are thinking of making one for the E92 M3 also.

1pc Chromoly Racing Flywheels (these images are for the 335i)

DCT Fitment (inc. hub). This is actually for the M4, but fits the E8X/E9X DCT (I need to double check the specs on the E9X M3 DCT)

Made from imported Japanese SAE 4140 Steel. These are Forged, Double Tempered and Super Sub-Zero treated for unsurpassed toughness, with a proprietary surface treatment for increased surface hardness.

Weight - TBD (our 335i SMFW is 21lbs. I'm guessing the M3 will be similar, if not lighter)
Fitment - E9X M3 2007-2013. Both MT and DCT
MSRP - $499.95
Pre-Order Price - Min. 10pc $449.95. 20pc+ $399.95
Shipping - Free within US (including duty/tax). $50 to Canada/EU/Asia-Pacific/GCC (excluding duty/tax)
Lead Time - After we have sourced the oem samples and taken our measurements, our standard lead time is around 2-3 months

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask

OEM MT is around 12.8kg, DCT around 8.9kg

As we don't have these fitments yet, I don't have the exact weight of "ours" (plus I would need to check with you guys how much "lighter" you require them. The lighter they are, the more they will chatter)

As an example though, our N54/55 fitments are 21lbs for the MT, and 16lbs for the DCT. These are chromoly steel flywheels, so absorb much more of the NVH than a ligher aluminium flywheel would. The oem S65 flywheels are already lighter than what the oem N54/55 flywheels are.

Cool

Sorry for the delay. We've just finished the design on the MT flywheel:

This is made from Chromoly Steel and weighs in at 9.2kg (20lbs), which is 3.6kg (8lbs) lighter than the OEM MT flywheel

We are planning on putting these into production (ETA 2-3 months), MSRP $499.95 + shipping

If anyone here is interested in pre-ordering, I can offer the following deal:

0-4 buyers - $449.95 inc free shipping (US/Canada/Europe/GCC/Asia-Pacific)
5-9 buyers - $424.95 inc free shipping (US/Canada/Europe/GCC/Asia-Pacific)
10+ buyers - $399.95 inc free shipping (US/Canada/Europe/GCC/Asia-Pacific)

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask

We have them for the F8X, but if you are interested in the E9X, we can make these if there is enough interest (would need min. 20 confirmed buyers)

20 might be hard but the other vendor just got a bunch and they're more expensive than you. I would sign up for one yesterday!

I don't really have a lot of time to organize this but as stated, I would certainly put my money up.
