Huh, that is wierd how it makes the car look higher with spacers. I was about to order them and skip the springs, too! I guess it's springs and spacers for me. Keep us posted on what you decide.

im hoping having the car off the ground is to account for some of that. i dont want just springs for now. may go with full coilovers as im getting into the track stuff.

heres a couple shots of my new matte front grille and rpi scoops put on today as well. install was easier than i thought for both parts. dont know if the scoops will do anything but what the hell. love the look of the grille already. its a definite yes for me after 5 minutes with them on. the dark knight is here! fyi i adjusted the front bumper around a little after and got a better alignment of the hood with it just by adjusting theose 4 bolts with t25 that you have to remove during this install. looks even better.

okay last mod for today. have to say im loving the look. here is my rennspec matte black side gill. install was fairly easy and didnt break any clips yeah.

Car looks good! Has it settled any more since the initial spacer install?

yeah it did after a short drive. back looks great but front is still highish. still like it. notice a little more effort on initial turn in but thats fine with me.

just finished installing camaro's 20000 kelvin kit. the wiring was easy but trying to get the bulbs into the stock housing is aweful. think mine turned out a little more purple than blue. not sure if i like it yet. this photo is in direct sun.

just bumping an old thread of mine here with some overdue updates. since last time i have added vmr v710s in 19x9.5 et22 all the way around with set of advan ad08s in 263/30/19 for a square set up. run 12mm spacers rear and none on the front. fit is good. i know needs a drop. kw v3's next year i think. also added challenge sport x pipe and evolve stage 2 tune with rpms raised to 8600, top speed limiter removed and cold start retained sounds pretty good with the oem axle back. just got the aim SOLO this weekend for my last track day of the year, maybe, on monday the 26th at pacific raceways. also have put together the necesary parts for a 3 inch brake duct system that i will install over the winter in 2 sections so i can take off the fender liner to backing plate portion for winter driving. Schroth quickfit pro, challenge stainless lines, eas black aluminum pedal kit, and cool carbon pads are all in the works for this winter also. oh and i got an x5 and modded it up a little for my daily driver. added matte black emblem on rear, smoked reflectors, matte grille and debadged sides.

I have attached pictures of my muffler post polish, and a picture of my car where I live. My problem was, that after all that work to get it looking like that, I installed the Competition Exhaust! All worth it though, I learned a lot about polishing stainless steel in the process, but really love the sound of my new exhaust. Detail on brother!

Turned out better than mine. I didn't spend that much time just wanted to get rid of the rusty can look and it looks a lot better.
