Diminished Value Appraisal

Long story short, my wife's X6 was hit in a parking lot, luckily no one was hurt, the offending party left a note, car got repaired with minimal headaches.

I filed a claim for diminished value, and they came back with an estimate/settlement that I feel is a bit low, but was hoping someone else had dealt with this and knew someone locally that does these types of appraisals.
