Edit: Car is no longer for sale

I'm putting this up as a feeler for my beloved Frozen M3. I love this car and have a bunch of time, sweat, and money invested into it that I am not sure I really want to sell it being that it is properly sorted. With that being said, I have so many projects, hobbies, project cars, and I am trying to move soon so one less thing to deal with may be in my best interest. If I don't get any reasonable offers or others are not interested, then I will keep the car and go the route of more mods and supercharger.
Here is the meat and potatoes. I am going to forget stuff, I will update this in the coming days when I remember more and can get more pictures.

The car:
2013 1 of 72 Frozen Blue E92 M3
53k miles
DCT
ZCP
WPC Rod Bearings at 52k miles (Installed by Kassel Performance)
Carbon Roof
Fully Loaded (everything from extended leather to premium sound)
Contrast Stitching
Factory MPerformance wheel
Factory Trunk Lip
Factory Carbon Mirror Covers

Mods:
Titan T-S5 forged wheels
Full Armytrix Exhaust (Will include OEM Xpipe with cats)
Alpine Tune with cold start delete (comes with cables to either change tune or put back to stock)
GTS DCT Tune
Tasteful Coding
Lux Angel eyes
K&N Air Filter
Diamond Stitched Leather Floor Mats (will include originals)
Mporium aluminum undertray (will come with original undertray)
Eurospec Front bumper (sprayed and matched by Classic Coach Works)

Maintenance: Too much little stuff to list but I will do the major stuff
Oil always changed in 4k intervals
Rod bearings were done as preventative maintenance
Valve covers pulled and sandblasted (This was to get rid of the peeling valve covers that is an extremely common problem with these cars, After the inside and outs were cleaned the outsides were powdercoated wrinkle black.
Front Brakes done at 52k miles
Coolant flush (the right way via screws in the block)
Power steering fluid
Spark plugs
Air Filter
Trim seals that were showing age

The story:
I bought this car in February of 2019 from a guy in Massachusetts who garage kept it. I decided to do the same and only drive the car on nice days. I have never driven it in the snow, ice, or salt. He bought it from a dealership that offered a 3rd party warranty on the car so it still has a TRANSFERABLE warranty for another year that can be used anywhere in the US. I take the upmost care of this car and use Dr. Beasley's Matte car care kit for it every spring. After every drive the bugs are properly cleaned off the bumper to prevent etching of the paint. There is absolutely NOTHING mechanically wrong with the car and absolutely every function, button, feature, you name it, that came on the car still works 100%. While I have a warranty, rod bearings were done for preventative maintenance at 52k miles. I have went through this car and done just about everything from scrubbing the wheel wells to installing plastic protective coating to full days long leatherier treatment of the leather interior to full under the hood details(I need to get more photos of the interior and under the hood). Overall, the car gets a ton of attention and love.

The condition:
Mechanical is 100%, lots of preventative maintenance done and I have yet to have a single issue.
Interior 9.5/10 its great. Slight peeling on the plastic near the window switches which I plan to fix this spring, Driver bolster has a very small spot where die is fading otherwise just about flawless.
Exterior 9/10 For full disclosure there are a few stone chips (fixed via very gently applying touchup paint, but noticeable if looking hard due to being a frozen car), thin scratch in the center or the rear bumper, nick on top of drivers door that was filled in via touchup paint, other slight cosmetic blemishes that every car gets but being that it is a frozen car they are hard or impossible to fix.

I am slightly flexible on the price if you are a serious buyer who wants to come look at the car and then talk price. I am not going to accept a text offer saying will you accept X. If you want to make an offer, please come and look the car over and then we can talk numbers. I am local to central PA and would potentially be willing to meet a serious buyer somewhere if they are coming from far away.

Thank you!

1 of 72? Didn't realize they made so many of these. At least e90 have far less individual colors..like single digits. Your ad is a little confusing....are you not willing to work with people across the country? (Asking for myself).

Unless you need the $$ for some serious life-changing event, then keep it our you'll regret it. Just my opinion.

Second time trying to write this because it deleted on me the first time, hopefully this works.

What part of the post is confusing so I can change/update it? If you are talking about "don't text me with offer X" then please allow me to explain.

I have sold cars and other items online in the past and when people just text me "will you take x ?" They are usually not serious and defeats the purpose of negotiating imo. I don't believe anyone should buy a car (especially one like this) sight unseen or without a good PPI. I believe the whole purpose of negotiating is to look at something and decide what it is worth to you and then talk back and forth with the seller not just haggling on price before the point where you even get to see if you like it or not as this tends to waste everyone's time. Now if there is someone far away (such as your case) and you have serious questions and inquiries and then need to talk some number to get a price range before spending money on a PPI or Plane ticket that is a completely different story. Basically what I just said was a long winded way of ask tire kickers to stay away.

Thanks!

I'm holding strong on GME but I might have to sell, this is clean. Frozen blue looks so crisp, I rarely see this color.

They made 150 Special Edition Frozen cars at the end of 2013 for the American market (Red, White, and Blue to be patriotic)

The numbers weren't split evenly amongst the 150, it was something like this:

68 Frozen Blue (Monte Carlo Paint)
49 Frozen White (Mineral White Paint)
33 Frozen Red (Sakhir Orange Paint)

There were some individual Frozen cars ordered in 2013 but they weren't part of the special edition 150 which say "BMW Frozen Edition" on the window sticker and have matching color stitching on the leather.

These are special cars and more rare than Lime Rock edition which were 200 total and had a higher sticker price than Lime Rocks ($15k for Frozen package vs $5k for Lime Rock package)

Here is the Press Release from BMW:

To the best of my knowledge it is clear coated but a matte clear. The surface dries slightly rough which scatters light and gives the dull appearance. This is why you can't polish it as it turns the rough clear finish smooth therefore returning the car to a glossy finish.

Interested in a trade + cash? Basically same spec: DCT ZCP carbon roof enhanced sound 55k miles rod bearings done at MRF and all maint items (brakes, plugs etc) all done recently.

I've been looking for the right MCB. Never thought about frozen but seems pretty unique.

Thanks for the offer but the only reason Im selling my car is to lessen the amount of projects I have, getting another would not be in my best interest

Im not sure exactly but they aren't the ones you can buy online for like $300. They were a gift from my friend, who was an international student, when he moved back to China and sold his M3. He told me his friend back in China started a new company and was making these in for new high end cars at the time.
