Booster in the back

Two months since buying my 09 E90 and I'm completely confused.

How the hell did BMW manage to build a sedan that can be driven comfortably day in and day out and then taken to the track and hammered lap after lap at 125mph+ passing Vettes and Porsches aplenty and then have the kid's booster seat put back in it and driven day in and day out like nothing ever happened?!?! AMAZING!!

This baby is completely stock aside from some Michelin Pilot Super Sports and fresh oil. But not for long...

Anyone have a set of KW Coilovers they want to get rid of?

Just call Sam at AutoTalent for KW's. He'll take care of you on price and install.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

And you can truthfully tell people that you bought a used, four-door family sedan.

Good luck doing that with a straight face, though!

Listen... I loved my '88 E30... but this is an entirely different animal. No way would you see me reaching into the back seat of the E30 to buckle in my son everyday. I'd be at the Chiro 3 times a week. Although wouldn't mind still having the E30 for AutoX.

How big is the kid in the booster? And what brand is the booster? Thinking about getting the recaro booster seat in "race red" - but worried about it fitting ok in the latches (they look a bit close together). Bumbed that the 2 year old will be sporting a better seat than me

We have Graco Booster and the kids is a big 3 year old. I don't think the latches are really all that close together. They should be standard for any latch system.

Not quite a match with the DCT vs my 6MT... but shoot me a pic. What wheels are on yours? No Nav?

And to think that several people (including Turner and recent post from Evo) actually believe the E90 to have the better balance vs the coupe!! Also, the Recaro booster (I have the one that has the harnesses but converts into a regular booster with a seat belt) fits great in the M3 and much better than Britax models.
