Seems BMW is extending the FRM warranty

I drive a E93 3011.75 (July 2011 production)

Last week I received a letter from BMW that they extended the warranty on my FRM module to 10 years and 125.000 miles.
I know that there was an extension on older E9X.
Looks like they included more cars now.
They offer reimbursement should I have paid for a repair already ( I have not, mine is working fine, knock on wood).
If I remember right then sometimes Carly for BMW was suspected to kill some FRM Should they have a defect already.

So, perhaps someone here can get some money back from BMW.

I just got a letter from BMW for the FRM module warranty extension as well for my 2013 E92 M3.
