what does OEM-Like fitment mean? does that mean they are a different size than OEM?

It is exact OEM fitment, absolutely no difference.

I had a problem doing it with my C.C. since it showed no shipping charge since I am local in L.A.

Like I said above, I did. Since there was no charge (shipping was free), credit card was not being accepted. I used Google check out instead and it worked.
