► Dealer Buying Out Lease

my CA informed me the dealer bought my m3 lease return.

since the car was bought out, am i still responsible for over miles, etc?

My understanding is you won't be liable, your dealer obviously saw profit potential by buying out the lease from BMW financial with your M3's current condition.

Had the car been returned to financial and the eventual auction, then yes...you'll for sure receive a bill.

How many miles are u over?

I suspect that the dealer just steps into the shoes of BMW, so whatever you would have owed to BMW you now owe to the dealer.
