Fitting that attached to Foam Cannon

I bought the Chemical Guys Torq Foam Cannon and I have an AR Blue Clean electric pressure washer.
Included with the cannon is a male 1/4 npt nipple to quick connect male fitting. Maybe that will attach to a certain brand of washer.
So I could not use the cannon yet.
On my washer I have to disconnect the spray lance from the wand and connect cannon to the wand.
First I had to figure out the size of that fitting. It's M22
I found at Northern Tool a brass M22 male to 1/4 npt male for $5
One fitting, perfect.

Foam Cannon

I live in SA and had a similar problem. Just find a place that fix pressure washers and they usually have parts to make up an adapter I spend around five bucks.

I was thinking of going the same route. Are these quick connect?

I went with the AR foam cannon to avoid any connection issues like this.
