Pennzoil is owned by Shell and many of the U.S. Pennzoil lubes are identical to their Shell counterparts in Europe. Shell is the lubricant partner of Ferrari and in the U.S. the service fills for the various Ferraris are the Pennzoil lubes. The 10w60 you're asking about was the service fill for some Ferraris of about 5 or 10 years ago (the more recent models of Ferrari run on Pennzoil Ultra 5w40). When I had an e46 M3 and surfed the e46 M3 forums some years back, I remember some posts saying that some Ferrari owners preferred to purchase TWS for their cars. The grass is always greener.

What's the matter with TWS?

From the m5board threads/discussion about oil/TWS, there's frequent mention about Shell 10w60 foaming.
