Feeler: 2011 BMW M3 - ZCP, Manual, Stripper, AW

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 40,000.00

Item Interest
Posting a feeler for my M3. I'm kind of iffy on selling it given how hard I searched for it, but have been considering downsizing as I am moving to a very urban area within the next year and won't have any car on hand for a while.

Specs:
2011 BMW M3
  • Alpine White
  • Coupe, CF Roof
  • ~31,100 miles
  • ZCP
  • 6 Speed manual
  • No iDrive stripper
  • Black powered cloth* was converted from Leather
  • ZCP 19" Wheels on all-season tires PLUS ARC-8 in 18x9 & 18x10

The car is stock with a few modifications:
  • XPEL Ultimate partial on hood & fenders, full coverage on the CF Roof
  • aFe Pro Dry S Air filter
  • Gloss Black Kidney Grills with ///M Stripe
  • Ferodo DS2500 pads
  • ECS Lug to Stud conversion with Titanium Lug Nuts (may keep the lug nuts)
  • Black Weathertech Floor Liner

The car was purchased with the intent of doing some autocross and track days, which I have had a few under my belt now. I am probably going to regret this, as it is one of the best handling cars I have ever owned. I'm VERY iffy on selling it, which is why this is just a feeler. If it doesn't sell, I will just continue storing and taking the car out once in a while. I've also taken meticulous care of the car. As soon as I received it, all fluids were flushed with Red Line fluids and I have been watching the UOAs - here is the latest one below:

As you can see, the engine is in great shape.

If you have any questions, PM me.

Very interested, though this is steep through my budget. May be in touch tonight after I pull out the paper tape.

No rod bearing service?

no rod bearing service, no. ultimately decided it was not necessary for me, but that is your call.

I wouldn't be worrying too much about rod bearings on a car with 31k. I'm with OP, my car is pretty similar with 65k on it. Rod bearings one day maybe, but 31k I wouldn't be trippin' for a few years EASY.

GLWS OP, tasteful mods too

Your price isn’t high. Your pictures suck. Spend some time cleaning it up and have someone take pictures with something other than a potato. The car looks filthy in the pictures and you are costing yourself money.

Put it up on bringatrailer and pay the $200 option for a professional photographer to take pictures. I’d also recommend putting stock kidneys on it or at least removing the stripes. Your car will sell for what you want if you put in the effort.
