Looking for the best source for a new or rebuilt Throttle Actuators 29115-08055292.

What is that number you referenced? Is that supposed to be the OEM part number? If yes, it's not the correct BMW part # format.

ECS sells them new, the link below also includes the correct part #.

No idea on rebuilt ones, but you could probably do a search and find lots of info since this is such a common failure on these cars.
