Up for sale is my used Gintani Sport axle back exhaust in matte black. See post #3 for E9x fitment notes. It's in good condition overall with a couple of minor nicks, and it also has a small dent in one of the cans as pictured. It's on the top side and is cosmetic only, which is of course not visible when installed.

I'd say this exhaust is on the loud end of Sport-level exhausts. At low RPMs it has a nice deep/bassy note, and as you get to around 3K and up, it becomes a civilized sports car.

I've been experimenting with a few exhausts, and I decided to go with something more obnoxious than this as a non-DD

You may very well be right. I purchased this from another forum member, and after installing it I had the same suspicion, so I asked him to confirm whether it was E92 fitment. He told me it was indeed ordered for an E92 and was installed on an E92.

As it sits on my car, it's about flush with the top of the cutout in the bumper which personally I like at least for these style tips. Definitely though if you set the flange inset on the connecting pipes in as far as it'll go, it would be a bit tucked.

I'm going to to go ahead and say this is intended as E90 fitment, thanks for pointing it out.

Honestly not much difference, some people like the tucked look.
The previous owner probably didn't know that it was actually for an E90. My friend has the same exhaust and it doesn't sit that far recessed into the bumper.

None the less, good price for a wicked sounding exhaust.
