18x10et25 arc-8's. The rear fender lip is cut, the takeoffs are as wide as a 275 nt-01 but are 25.5" vs 25" so it adds gearing. The front does rub the wheel liner but it sorts itself out.
Perfect timing I NEEDED TO KNOW THIS.

i've had this fantasy of loading up my car and flying to austin. fly out and receive the car when it arrives and explore austin for a few days and track it. then load it back up and fly home. i'd be curious as to how easy this worked for you.
Let's make it happen in 2019! My friend and I are going to hit up COTA At some point and want to arrange transport. Maybe we can get a group together for some discount?
Might join. And have my family fly there and check out tejas.

i got a "carbon" gt4 lip from ebay seller "happybuyitnow." its a taiwan knockoff that is basically fiberglass with carbon overlay. the finish was actually pretty nice. fit pretty decent, but it didn't have the hardware that is attached to the lip, so you sort of have to get your own hardware and drill your own holes. if i used the shit hardware it came with, it would have fallen off by now. it was about $450.
i haven't hooked up any ducting yet. i'd say its decent.

roastbeef up late too huh... I just finished up some work in preparation for today... ugh. Reviewing my credit card charges made me slow down my car parts purchasing lol. Good thing it feels like I bought everything and more already. Now it's just time to drop off the car for the overhaul. It's gonna be another beast to learn with the changes

I found that it made more sense to rent a car. I did a day with an M235ir

I remember that. Was it literally cheaper, or just less of a pain in the ass?

Transport went well. They took awesome care of the car; as you can see on the side of the truck, they contract for some pretty expensive cars. My only minor complaint was they hit some delays on the delivery which was annoying given the Thanksgiving holiday and my travel plans needing to change.

The problem is the windows they provide for pickup and drop-off can be pretty big. Not sure if that would shrink if you guys can fill the whole truck. Transit time was a week. I would honestly just tell you to rent a truck and a trailer and pull it yourself. Enterprise and other commercial vehicle places have pickups and flatbeds.

I will have to look but I think the rental was like $2900. That included everything. Car was there waiting with two guys supporting, Hoosier slicks and Hankook rain tires, gas, etc. I ended up buying insurance since the contract required that I write a check for cost of car within 7 days if totaled.

I figured transport would be about $3k round trip. Plus the cost to run my car, etc

That's awesome -- just show up, drive, and you have nothing to worry about. Who did you rent through?

Motorsports Southwest. They have an e36 M3 plus Wolf track cars as well. The e36 was $2k per day

Is any instruction or coaching provided, or do they assume you are already at a fairly high skill level? An M235iR isn't exactly a slow car.

They offer instruction for additional charge. Guys supporting car offered some info as well. It's a pretty chill arrangement. The car didn't feel all that fast. I think my e92 would easily pull on it in straights.
