Car had been pending sale these past few weeks, but the deal fell through due to circumstances outside of the gentleman's control.


Some quick additions to point out/address:

• Current mileage: ~57,050 and not increasing.

• Inspection: the car passed a PPI performed at an independent shop on 12/20/2016. I also have documentation from previous inspections performed in September 2015 (independent shop) and December 2016 (BMW vehicle condition report from service visit).

• Detail: just received a professional detail this past weekend and is now sitting in the garage, with a BMW battery charger attached.

• Warm-up process: I typically start the car and let it idle for a minute while I plug in the radar, connect the phone, etc. Once the cold cycle has ended, I start driving - but I try to stay around 3000 RPM or so until the gauge reaches optimal temperature.

• Service records: I have records from my tenure with the car and can e-mail those to anyone interested.

• Title: I have the title in my possession - but there is a lien on the car.

• Winter tires are currently mounted and may be included with the sale.

The car has the OEM 219s with winter tires currently mounted. It will also come with the unmounted summer tires that are currently in storage. Reached out to you via PM earlier as well. Thank you kindly!
