I have a used E92 oil pan that I tried to fix with a time sert but continued to leak. I suggest if someone is in need of one and can weld/tap then this can be fairly affordable.

If you're still looking for a fix, check with Deansbimmer at MPorium. He can refurbish pans. If it had a bad timesert or helicoil, it may cost more than just bad threads.
