Never mind the exterior paint colour - what about the interior (you spend most of your time in there!) I have had 2 M3s - the 1st was carbon black (beautiful) with red leather and my current is silver grey with black leather.

I test drove the new M5 and was mighty impressed with the extended silverstone leather (v.classy). I would like to see the M3 with this as an option or for a nice dark brown leather interior, which would look better the older it got. Unfortunately BMW's brown interiors have traditionally come with tan leather, beige dashboards and cheap looking wood.

Better said... order a non-ZCP and Interlagos as a special order color

Agree with that-- a rich brown would be great.

Not true. PY (My M3 was PY/Kiwi) is still available for Z4 3.0si and coupe. So is the Kiwi interior. At least in Switzerland.

Right, it's still available, but only as a individual color which causes an extra charge of about 1.500 €. But I think most of the individual colors aren't available for the USA, are they?

Best regards, south

If you ask me, I'm quite sure estoril will not be offered. At the moment estoril is not even available as individual color. Anyway you can get it at even more extra charge than a "standard" individual color as long as you live in a country where individual is available. I think BMW started offering an individual 7er in the US, so it might follow for other cars.

As "standard" color BMW will either offer interlagos like they did on Z4 M or they create a new blue color (as they did with previous M3 generations).

Best regards, south

Individual program coming to US

It is said BMW will be bringing some form of the Individual program to the US: "The Individual program, now offered across BMW's full model range in Europe and Asia, is coming to the States, too. Exactly when will depend on negotiations with U.S. dealers. 'In Europe and Asia, people are prepared to wait four to six weeks for the personalized car they want,' explains Löcker, M's regional sales manager for Europe, 'but in the U.S., customers expect to drive it from the showroom straightaway.'"

I am very torn on color choices. Gray is really the best looking color, IMO, but I have that color currently and want a change. Black is very understated. I like the look of a white car when its really clean, but that doesn't last long.

Right now I think I am leaning toward Interlagos Blue, if offered.
