Fabspeed HFC's will pass NYS inspection because they don't throw a CEL code. I have quite a few miles on mine now and no code.

Check... Last I read about it the Lambda adapters aren't working therefore you will have a CEL code, and they will fail you at inspection if you have that code.

One would have thought that after paying so much money for an exhaust they would have included working lambada adapters |

While I can't speak for the Fabspeed M3 components I can tell everyone that I installed a Fabspeed exhaust (Headers, 200 cell Sport Cats, High Flow Mufflers, and Tips) on my 08 997TT and have never had a CEL. I now have about 3600 miles on the system. I am looking for an exhaust system for my 2K10 M3 now and Fabspeed will definitely be one of the considerations.
