Dealer Suggestions in Baltimore Area?

I see a number of BMW dealerships in the Baltimore area - Annopolis, Towson, Russel, etc.

Any suggestions on reputable dealer? I need a basic oil change and service on my 2008.

Alot of people know that I've always recommended Passport BMW in Marlow Heights. I've been doing business with them since 2007. The best dealership I've worked with. The service department treats you like the most important customer. Ask for Dave Cornell.

I have a very good relationship with Northwest. Woody is my tech, he has an e90 M3 and Murray is my SA. Jim Hollister is an excellent service manager.

Northwest BMW and/or BMW of Bel Air. Happy as a kid in a candy store to date with both dealers.

I've heard good things about Russel BMW as well.

My suggestion is to start with the one closest to where you live/work (or most convenient) and make friends with your SA/tech. If they don't treat you well, then move on to the next one.

Everyone will have both good/bad things to say about any particular dealer and there is no dealer in this area that truly walks on water. It's all about the relationship with your SA/tech; you kiss their ass, and they will do the same. If there ever comes a time when you need them to stand up for you against BMWNA, the first thing the GM or Service Manager will do is ask for SA input and history.
