in certain cases and also dependent on where the boost gauge is tapped into a minor boost leak may not show on the gauge

Did you do a base-line pull to verify the engine was running well to start?

Also put some real gas in there, you're running essentially mid-grade gas when you want premium.

His 95 RON gas is equivalent to 89-90 octane in the US.

Agreed!!!! 94 minimum pump octane and be sure that meth is working! Standing meth is around 100 octane and when 94/meth is set up proper you will have 97-98 feeding the motor. Smart tunes will adjust for poor fuel to save your motor do not forget.

AA made him a race gas tune before getting proper function out of the kit as sold? Hmmmm, does not sound like AA to me.

Do any of you have experience with this unit. Good? Bad? Any comments will be appreciated

Read it. Did not see anywhere that Active said they supplied a race gas tune. Was this re-map done by someone other than Active?

430hp is around 100hp less than the kit provides(given variables). No need to compare. A better tech needs to step in and figure his issue out.

What was your base line WHP before SC kit install?
What is your A/F ratio at WOT?
How many counts of knock?
Where is your boost gauge tapped into?
Have you performed a boost leak test?

What gear are you doing dyno pulls in? You NEED to be as close to 1:1 as possible.
