Worth it m3?

Hi!
I was recently looking at this 2008 E90 M3 AW on Red Interior 6 Speed Manual. It’s listed for 25k and I just wanted to get some second opinions on it.

General:
Engine swapped from a 2011 BMW E90 M3 w/ 104k miles
Body has 123k miles on it
Clean Title
Private Seller

Pros:

It’s got a VF 620 Supercharger
Tuned by VF
Rod Bearings replaced w/ ECS WPC Rod Bearings swapped 24k miles ago
Throttle Actuators done
Stage 3 Clutch
Valve Cover Gasket replaced recently
Alternator replaced recently
Catless x-pipe
Corsa Axle Back
New Dunlop Tires being put on
Comes with two keys
Maybe a radar detector?

Cons:

Paint isn’t in the best condition has some rock chips on the front bumper
Driver side rocker panel has a scratch on it
Scratch on the passenger side rocker panel too
Center arm rest has a bit of a mark on the leather
Fender has a small section where it’s rough
Front lip isn’t in the best condition

I just wanted some second inputs on people somewhat more knowledgeable on the prices and resale value of the car and think if it’s worth it or not.

Thank you!

Cosmetic issues aside (which can be easily fixed/replaced), seems like the prior owner took good care of the car and maintenance. Thats what you want on these cars. I don't have much experience with used 08 prices but price seems reasonable.

I've seen much cleaner examples at that mileage. That car was probably driven very hard and not taken care of by the owner. I would keep looking. For 25k you can find something better.

Yeah, i would pass. Looks very rough overall and seems a bit high priced for mileage/condition.

I've messaged him as well as I'm fairly local and I think it's been driven hard and not in a good way.

I was also in talks with him a while back. Hard to tell how well the car has been taken care of. I don't personally know him, but just by talking with him I got the vibe he just beats the sh*t out of it.

I could be completely wrong, but judging by the picture/video quality I received, I'd pass.

Based on the pictures the owner sent you alone, I would pass.

That looks like the owner took good care of it to you? I cringed at that pic where the paint/body was crumbling by the wheel. This car looks worse than the taxis here in NYC. Run away from this car.

Mechnically, yes. Throttle actuators, clutch, bearings, etc... Everything else is cosmetic and a car with 123K, you don't expect rock chips, a beat up splitter, and whatever else? LOL.

Not every car needs to be showroom condition. For the right price, the cosmetic stuff can be alleviated with ease.

100% would put money on that not being done for maintenance and likely due to the blower. Just because he did the mechanical maintenance items doesn't mean he took care of it properly. In my mind if you are able to take care of high ticket items like the ones that appear to be done, you can fix the cheaper cosmetic ones too, regardless if you are selling the car or not.

I would pass just because of the aftermarket supercharger. I know lots of guys like the FI, but I wouldn't want to take on someone else's project ... plus I love the car enough to keep it OEM. The previous owner could have easily insuranced that front bumper and paid the deductible to get it fixed if he cared enough.
