An E90 320i is about US$50,000, and a 330i will be nearly US$60,000. Only very rich rich people can get their hands on this type of cars, so they have the extra extra money to spend.

Most people would rather to spend around US$30,000 to get a STi or other domestic sports cars.

But the STI and others like the EVO are very ugly. You'd have to pay me to drive that. What the hell were the designers thinking...

whoa. Never knew AW look that sexy with ACS.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. just when I thought I should settle for Hartge,
now ACS looks better again. this sucks. damn E90, looks good with any kits.

My uncle used to sell AMGs, Alpinas, and Brabus in Japan back in the late 80's and early 90's. You have no idea how big the market for those cars was in Japan back then. There were dozens of Alpina collectors, and half of AMG's total production were sold to Japan. Keep in mind at that time MB had not bought AMG, so they were much more expensive and uber rare. This was a time when almost all AMGs were painted in black with blacked out wheels. I guess the Tokyo mafia really liked German cars...
