IOS 7 and Idrive ?

I brought a new bmw 320 xi .I also brought the y-cable from bmw and 30 pin lighting adapter from apple but still not able to connect my iphone to idrive .My dealer say its because of ios 7 .is that true ?

This is the M3 forum, I don't think you're going to find your answers here. We also don't know anything about your specific car (nav/audio version, options, etc).
