Misfire, related to throttle actuators?

Hi, Having my two actuators rebuilt by Jason at Rebuild in the UK. One was failing and I didn't have success swapping the gears myself with the Bross parts.

Am wondering if the below is related to the actuators or I should be replacing the plugs and the coil in 4.

Misfire with emissions deterioration 4 cyl
Code: 002B45
Catalyst Bank 1
Code: 002738
Misfire with cut-out 4 cyl
Code: 002B38

I'd say coil, injector or plug in that order. how many miles on your plugs?

Plugs were done in 2011, at 55km I'm at 80km.
