Original lease was brand new in August 2011. I want to just transfer the lease to someone. New owner can buy it then for the lease payoff amount (in my post above), or just drive it for a few months and hand it back in to BMW, or buy it then (for residual). No accidents, damage, etc, no mods, 100% stock, no repairs ever since I have had it, and none that I am aware of (I had the lease transferred to me from a guy in LA that had it, and he was a fanatic about the car). Regular maintenance only. Car has been 100% reliable and has never needed anything. It is garaged every night and not driven hard. New tires too.
