If you are able, supply actual sales prices. Can be difficult short of an auction, but that will help for the insurance comps. When someone totaled my E90 years ago, I had a stack of comps; they were unwilling to consider listings, but only actual sale prices. The thought that anyone can list their car for whatever they want went a long way with them. Their initial out-the-gate offer was about $15k less than where we actually ended up settling if I remember correctly. Luckily, I had other ways of transportation, so I was prepared to let it last as long as necessary. We unfortunately had to engage a lawyer at the end of the day.
Best of luck! Hope you're not too sore... |

All great advice here. Be patient, don't rush into accepting the 2 or 3rd offer and don't sign anything until you get a number you are OK with. Good luck and happy to hear you are fine!

Damn, how many offers do you think it'll take for my insurance to top out their offer/get my max? If you say to hold off the 2nd and even 3rd offer

I’m glad you’re ok and sorry to see your car in that state. Hagerty web site has a valuation guide. Also go through the bring a trailer prices. They have a historical guide with a graph.
