Need a favor in Bellingham Washington - Look at a car for sale

I need a favor!

I am living in Southern California and looking at a 2011 M3 that is for sale in Bellingham, WA.

I am wondering if there is anyone who might live close to Bellingham who might be able to go to the dealer and take a close look at the car, send some pics, and give me an honest opinion of the car. I'm planning to do a PPI also, but they don't normally look at paint finish and interior wear. Hoping to not have to fly up to see it and just have it shipped to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hey, just saw this. I can appreciate your situation, having been there myself.

Bellingham is about an hour north of me. Not sure what kind of time table you are on here. Unlikely I can get up there before the 27th.

Bellingham is tough as it's an hour and a half north of Seattle, where a lot of members here live. Definitely not many great shops up there to do a PPI either.

If you're looking at a car at AutoHaus, be very careful. They pull tons of cars down from Canada with suspect histories and plaster them all over Craigslist for sale. Yelp reviews are terrible as well.

I've gone to view cars before for out of state forum members, but this one is just too far.

That should have been my first question. Autohaus? I looked at those guys briefly recently while shopping for a non M e90. I’d look elsewhere. Being that you’re in SoCal you should have a pretty healthy market within 300 miles, no?

Yeah, I noticed this after doing a bit of digging. Oddly there is an import specialist literally right around the corner from AutoHaus.

@DW_CT9A - Thank you for confirming and for the offer to take a trip up there!
