Gorgeous. It reminds me of when I got mine in 2019.

It looks a lot different now.

Car looks great! I should've bought an M3 in 2019 as well but got an E92 335xi instead.. Would've saved me a lot of money just going for the M3 back then over now lol.

Recently bought an exhaust for sale off another forum member - system was in great shape and deal worked out awesome for both parties. Also was able to snag some Front Bumper Painted Reflectors off another forum member who was selling some reflectors he bought off of IND that came pre-ceramic coated. All pictures are posted below that I got.

Some friends ( @ethhaynes7 + others) and I also went to a show at Woodward Motorsport up in MA. Great show, good turnout and lots of builds showed up. Afterwards we grabbed some quick pictures at a beach in RI not too far from home.

Will be posting some audio clips of the MPE on my Instagram @cliff_m3. Stay tuned for a full review of the MPE soon as well.

So now that I am back on the forums after a few months hiatus, I can finally give an opinion on the MPE I installed with some friends last spring. The MPE is probably my favorite exhaust I've heard in person on this car that is the perfect blend of sport tone, not too loud & daily friendly.

Most people will probably say that the MPE is too quiet, maybe so in comparison to a Magnaflow/Corsa/Eisenmann/etc. HOWEVER, when you daily drive the car and have it sitting at 3k rpms for an hour, the super loud exhaust gets old quick.

In the past months' hiatus, also moved to the DMV (VA) area. Got the car sorted out at Woodward Motorsport in MA prior to driving it down and they did such a great job of addressing little things that all needed attention. They installed some new 255/35R19 & 275/55R19 Michelin Pilot AS4 tires on since the old Pilot Super Sports from 2017 were dry rotting, AC recharged, Power Steering fluid refresh, control arm replaced due to a factory defected one being installed prior, alignment & wheel balancing, rear ride height sensor arm replaced, and new brake fluid w/ Stoptech stainless steel lines.

Got the BMW roof box & rails back on the car as well to put more items in while moving. The drive down was not bad at all. We took 95 for most of the drive until splitting off somewhere in MD & going thru Annapolis due to traffic. The CarPlay Mr12Volt unit was really showing its value during the drive with music integration, navigation up on the iDrive screen, multiple phone calls being taken, & my favorite - not having to charge my iPhone while being connected since its wireless. My F150 had wired-only CarPlay and presumably cooked the battery on my old phone from being charged constantly while providing CarPlay.

As it sits, I am just trying to enjoy the car in the new area. So far am loving it since before it was always the 2nd "weekend" car. Now that it is the only car, it is going to get more use & enjoyment.

In the spring, looking to get new vanity plates for it. Thinking of "ZCP" but not sure what plate design or final registration #. VA plates seem to have 8 characters available for plates and I would want the ZCP centered but alas cannot. At least we can get vanity plates here unlike RI from some stupid court case starting with a Tesla driver. Look it up if you don't know about this ordeal...

Will be looking for a new place with a garage in the spring time - of course so I can work on the car and protect it. New brake pads/rotors, valve covers, & some other parts will be in the future for this car.

'til next time, cheers!
